Cancellation Policy
At Agra Wealth, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancelling or amending bookings for rental properties made through our website (agrawealth.com).
1. Standard Cancellations
- Full Refund: Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7–13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made
less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
2. Last-Minute Bookings
For bookings made within 7 days of the check-in date, cancellations are non-refundable once confirmed.
3. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation (“no-show”), the booking is considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.
4. Amendments
- Guests may request to amend booking dates (subject to property availability).
- If new dates are available, payments will be transferred to the updated booking. If not, the standard cancellation rules apply.
5. Host Cancellations
If Agra Wealth or the property owner must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues, safety concerns):
- Guests will receive a full refund OR
- Be offered an alternative property of similar value (subject to availability).
6. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
No refund will be provided in cases beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or transport disruptions). However, we may, at our discretion, offer booking credits for future stays.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after confirmation of cancellation.
