Terms & Conditions for Guests

Agra Wealth Properties – Airbnb Booking

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made via Website for stays at Agra Wealth Properties. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with the following:

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through the Website.

  • Payments, deposits, and refunds are handled in line with Policy.

  • The person making the booking (“Lead Guest”) must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the stay.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4PM or later.

  • Check-out: 10AM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is only possible if agreed in advance.

3. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the property.

  • No pets unless agreed in writing.

  • No parties, events, or loud music.

  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

  • Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 11pm and 6am.

4. Use of Property

  • The property is for holiday/short-term accommodation only and must not be used for commercial purposes.

  • Guests must keep the property clean and tidy and leave it in a similar condition to arrival.

  • Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately.

5. Liability

  • The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

6. Damage, Breakages & Extra Charges

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required due to misuse or breach of house rules.

  • Costs may be claimed via legal actions.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy set at the time of booking.

  • In the unlikely event that the host must cancel your stay, you will be refunded.

8. Compliance with Website Policy

  • Guests must comply with website's Terms of Service and Community Standards at all times.

  • Breaches may result in termination of your stay without refund.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By booking and staying at Agra Wealth, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
